Summer is in full swing and the weather is glorious! It’s going to be the perfect week for grilling up those kebabs, right, friends? They sound just perfect with the grilled veggie couscous and herby chimichurri. Followed with an easy veg-laden corn chowder with Madison Sourdough rolls and (our all-time fave) smothered burritos with green chile sauce? And with spiced Moroccan peanut cookies for dessert? Yup, life’s looking good!

School’s out, the weather is warm and life is good. We’re out and about enjoying this season to the fullest! So quick, easy meals — chock-full of flavor and veg – make evenings go so much more smoothly. Meals like RP’s fusilli with Spring greens pesto and roasted vegetables, lemony radish and brown rice soup, and dal mahkani over fluffy basmati rice! With bike rides and neighborhood walks on tap, the week is looking easier and more delicious!

We’re ready to start June off right! Look forward to a light and seasonal salad with seared wild-caught salmon, Spring veg and greens with a lemon dill vinaigrette, red-sauced enchiladas with La Cosecha’s fantastic tortillas and a veg-laden Mac & Cheese (think: asparagus, arugula, bok choy, shell peas and more). Finish it off with pineapple tamales from Milpa and things are looking up. Talk about tasty, and easy, right, friends?

We’re relaxed after enjoying this glorious long weekend, friends!  Hopefully you are, too. Look for easy, seasonal faves this week to help ease you into the short week. Think: burgers loaded with house made pickles and peppery arugula, veg-heavy gado gado with crispy tofu and peanut sauce, and a dreamy Spring risotto with asparagus. Lots to like this week, y’all!

Ready for another tasty week, friends? We baked off a few test pizzas and boy… were they good! That ramp ricotta and red onion jam pair perfectly with the locally-grown asparagus and spinach! And we can’t wait for our fave buffalo lettuce wraps with house-made ranch and cabbage apple slaw, as well as the yellow coconut curry! With a menu that good, we’ll be ready for whatever the week may bring!

The start of another glorious week is upon us! We’re sharing some quick and easy meals this week, friends, so that you can have more time to enjoy this beautiful weather. RP’s pasta and veg-laden stir-fries always hit the spot. And the fan-fave galettes from Tart Baked Goods, our P&P Makeshop Partner, are back, in new variety: French Onion! Ready to pop right into the oven, maybe alongside that cookie dough, they’re almost toooooo easy.

We’re excited to share the amazing, locally-made (right here in the P&P Makeshop) tortillas from Jonathan Correa of La Cosecha! He’s been busy making tortillas for y’all (2,220!) and we can’t wait for you to taste his product. Jonathan sources local corn, grinds fresh masa himself and shapes beautiful corn tortillas. And what a gorgeous week it’s going to be! Sunny skies, warmer temps… what could be better? Not much, friends. Not much. Unless it’s this week’s meal kit menu… because we think we have a pretty great lineup of meals for you, too! I mean, loaded grilled cheese sandwiches? Ropa Vieja, rich with olives, raisins and capers? And a green minestrone chock-full of herbs, kale, white beans and cute little ditalini? Sounds pretty perfect to us.

We’ve a whole slate of delicious, veg-laden ready-made and easy local goodness for you! Look for: a coconuty red curry soup, chock-full of butternut squash, broccoli, rainbow chard, and edamame; a spicy Sichuan-inspired stir-fry feast with zuccchini, yellow squash, celery, two kinds of cabbage, carrots and bell peppers; and then a tomato and bell pepper-rich cacciatore over creamy local polenta.
