Weekly Meal Kit | March 30

We have a great menu to usher you back into the week ahead! Get excited for: a fajita dinner with flavorful, marinated skirt steak, tender sautéed veggies and frijoles charros; a hearty bowl of lentil soup meets gooey French onion soup with Madison Sourdough croutons and shredded mozzarella and gruyere to top it; our take on “marry me” chicken — creamy sun-dried tomato sauced chicken with root vegetables and kale over rice!

Get excited for: a simplified sheet pan twist on traditional Korean bibimbap for an easy, flavor-packed meal that’s finished with a gochujang sauce and some local Fizzeology kimchi; a tart-sweet and deeply savory sloppy joe on Madison Sourdough ciabatta with house-made pickles and a crunchy, fresh and bright carrot salad; and a traditional French braise of slow-cooked chicken with red wine and earthy mushrooms over our sarvecchio mashed potatoes!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day and belated snowy meal kit day, y’all! Get excited for a delicious week ahead: pan-seared pork chops with rice noodles tossed with thinly sliced roasted veg (think: carrots, bell peppers and turnips) and a sweet, sour, and salty nuoc cham sauce; Tart’s buttery french onion soup-inspired galettes with a side salad and a bright and tangy citrus vinaigrette; and ground beef tamale pies chock-full of corn and bell peppers!

Here’s to a delicious week ahead! We’re filling your meal kits with: beef bulgogi in crisp lettuce wraps, with fresh radishes, kimchi aioli and Korean-style potato salad to eat alongside; a veg-laden Mediterranean-inspired quinoa salad with chickpeas, sun dried tomato-olive dressing, toasted pita and creamy hummus; chicken panang curry, chockfull of veg and rich with coconut milk and crushed peanuts over brown rice; and a bright lemon mousse for a little treat!

Get excited for a delicious week ahead, friends: a sushi bake kit — essentially a California roll casserole with a base layer of scallion rice topped with edamame bound with a sriracha aioli sauce that’s baked for an easy comfort dish — paired with a bright and fresh cucumber salad and furikake; our slow-cooked beef, caramelized onion and cherry tomato ragù with fresh campanelle from Alimentari and herbed ricotta to top it; and an old Indian fave, chana masala!
