Weekly Meal Kit | July 31

Look for a great mid-summer menu this week, y’all! Think: miso-honey glazed chicken thighs atop warm sesame scallion rice with a crisp, cooling cucumber salad and grilled dragon tongue beans; a beat-the-heat cold (and vibrantly green) gazpacho full of ALL the vegetables (cucumber, tomatillo, fennel, green bell pepper, leeks, celery and more!) with toasted miche and creamy white bean purée; aaaaaand our favorite South African peanut curry!

We have another summery menu today for y’all! Look for: grilled polenta cakes with grilled seasonal veg, skirt steak and a flavor-packed chimichurri sauce; gado gado, an Indonesian composed salad chock-full of potatoes, crispy tofu and crunchy veg, all topped with a peanut sauce; and our take on sopa de lima, a bright Yucatecan twist on classic Mexican tortilla soup, full of citrus flavor! Bright, bold and just what this hot weather calls for!

We’ve got a meal kit full of locally grown goodness for you! Look for: our annual fan-fave zucchini pie with a lemony kale salad; Sichuan-style bang bang chicken lettuce wraps with roasted peanuts, double sesame sauce and crunchy, fresh slaw; and a BLT-inspired risotto chock-full of bacon, kale, sweet corn and cherry tomatoes. So little time and so many summer vegetables, we’re trying to pack them in as much as we can!  

Weekly Meal Kit | July 10

Summer’s sweeter-than-sweet cherry tomatoes are starting to roll in and we are more than ready! We snapped up as many as we could find from our farm partners and we’re loading up the meal kit with them! Look for: a summery pasta with burst cherry tomatoes, zucchini and herbed ricotta; a galette full of mozzarella and roasted cherry tomatoes and summer squash; and our fan-favorite cherry tomato ragù over creamy, lemony polenta. Tomato lovers unite! 🙂

Happy (almost) 4th of July! We have a great holiday week menu lined up: Enos Farm Ramp & Mozzarella Brats or Impossible brats with house-made beer mustard and warm German potato slaw; a veg-laden Mediterranean-inspired quinoa salad with crispy chickpeas, olive dressing, pita and hummus; stir-fried shrimp or tempeh with coconut, cashews, farm-fresh veg and rice; and strawberry-rhubarb chia pudding. Should be a delicious, summery week ahead… we hope you enjoy, friends!
