Closing the gap in the local food supply chain.

What We're Building

  • Contract Production — We give farms, food producers, restaurants, and food service organizations the capacity to scale through contract production.
  • Source Local & Reduce Food Waste — We process surplus harvest to keep local food accessible across all seasons.
  • Increase Healthy & Local Food Access — We make minimally processed, locally-sourced food available across our region.
  • Create Good Food Jobs — We're bringing manufacturing jobs into the city and creating sustainable employment in our facility and on local farms.
