The P&P Foodworks Production Kitchen and Manufactory provides a new scale of cold processing and food manufacturing capacity for our region. We meet the needs of growing businesses and institutions that want access to local food — while creating new income streams for Wisconsin farmers.

State-of-the-art processing infrastructure in the heart of Madison.
Located at 1902 Wright Street, Madison, WI within the Wisconsin Foodshed Partnership facility (CAC Terminal Market and Food Hub), P&P Foodworks features a 1,225 sq ft walk-in cooler and a fully equipped processing kitchen designed for maximum flexibility — from soft lettuces to hard root vegetables.
