Weekly Meal Kit | June 29

We have some great, summery flavors for you on this hot, hot week! Get excited for: an Asian-inspired weeknight pasta bowl with an umami-laden hoisin-garlic sauce, egg noodles, roasted farm-fresh veggies and gingery chicken meatballs; pulled pork in a golden mustard bbq sauce on Stalzy’s butter buns with crunchy slaw, our house-made pickles and baked beans served alongside; and a creamy caprese pasta bake!

We’re loving this week’s summery menu, and hope you do too! Get excited for: Impossible brats topped with house-made beer mustard and Fizzeology sauerkraut piled on Clasen’s buns with a classic potato salad on the side; gado gado, an Indonesian composed salad chock-full of potatoes, crispy tofu and crunchy veg, all topped with a peanut satay sauce; and then our fan-favorite smothered burritos with sweet potato and black beans and roasted chile chipotle sauce!

Get excited for a week of fun flavors, y’all! Look for: an easy sheet-pan supper of roasted tofu with honey, thyme and coriander glazed rhubarb, red onions, kale and potatoes; a Greek-inspired salad with baby gem lettuce from Vitruvian Farms, feta, olives, pepperoncini, bell peppers, crispy croutons, and white beans; and a creamy risotto filled with asparagus, peas, cranberry beans, ricotta and parmesan!

Get excited to feast on Spring greens pesto with roasted farm-fresh veg and Alimentari’s fresh pasta, our fave lemony lentil soup, and veg-packed mapo tofu this week! We’re celebrating our 9th Birthday this month and wanted to send a little birthday love to our favorite people. Thank you for helping us reach this milestone, friends!

Get excited for a summery, veg-packed menu, y’all! We can’t wait to enjoy: turkey-zucchini burgers on ciabatta with tangy pickled carrots and ramp aioli with a creamy, tri-color potato salad; a Spring-themed galette from our friends at Tart with asparagus, peas and potatoes with local greens tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette; and our favorite Brazilian feijoada to round it out! And, did someone say funfetti sugar cookies? Oh happy day!
