We have: a Spring-themed, hearty beans on toast dinner with creamy ricotta, chimichurri, tender white beans, and farm-fresh asparagus over toasted Madison Sourdough seed & grain bread; a rich, creamy and flavor-packed Jamaican stew with braised pork, red kidney beans, coconut milk, scallion, garlic, thyme, and habañero with rice and vinegary cucumber cabbage salad; and last (but never least), South African peanut curry!

Get excited for a delicious week ahead: a cozy dinner of beef stroganoff, served atop a pile of herby-buttered egg noodles with roasted carrots, parsnips and turnips alongside; a loaded panzanella salad made with Madison Sourdough croutons, fresh greens and loads of great toppings, including marinated artichokes, fresh asparagus, chickpeas and mozzarella in a lemon dill vinaigrette; and last, our signature fried rice loaded with vegetables!

And we have a great line up of meals for the week ahead! Get ready to enjoy: crispy panko-topped buffalo tofu with a warm quinoa salad packed with kale, roasted cauliflower and broccoli; a humble Neapolitan soup of escarole and beans, topped with sourdough croutons and sarvecchio cheese; and a twist on traditional Eastern European cabbage rolls — with beef, rice, cabbage, paprika and more — that we turned into a hearty weeknight rice bake!

Get excited for great line-up of meals this week! We’re cooking up: Japanese okonomiyaki veggie pancakes that are crisp on the outside and custardy on the inside and topped with aioli, hoisin and crispy oyster mushrooms; a creamy, warmly spiced tomato-based tikka masala curry with hunks of chicken and loads of veg; served with brown rice and a fresh and crisp cucumber raita; and our classic, comfort food fave loaded vegetable mac and cheese!

We’re excited to share an extra-special treat with you this week: Avocado oil cake made with Saffi Saana’s avocado oil! Their avocado oil is genuinely different from what’s on the market elsewhere. It’s cold-pressed, a vivid emerald green and with a clean, unmistakable avocado flavor. It’s more like fresh avocado juice than a neutral cooking oil! And, it makes a for a deeper, earthier profile in our Bakeshop’s tender cake than the usual olive oil. We hope you like it!

And we’re excited for a delicious week ahead! Look for: our signature pizza kit, this time with white sauce, roasted butternut squash, avocado oil pesto (made with Saffi Saana’s avocado oil), kale and cheese to top it; a cozy mushroom and wild rice soup with loads of dill and paprika accompanied by slices of MSCo miche slathered with dill compound butter; and our fan-favorite baked ziti with Italian sausage and sarvecchio besciamella!

We have a great menu to usher you back into the week ahead! Get excited for: a fajita dinner with flavorful, marinated skirt steak, tender sautéed veggies and frijoles charros; a hearty bowl of lentil soup meets gooey French onion soup with Madison Sourdough croutons and shredded mozzarella and gruyere to top it; our take on “marry me” chicken — creamy sun-dried tomato sauced chicken with root vegetables and kale over rice!

Get excited for: a simplified sheet pan twist on traditional Korean bibimbap for an easy, flavor-packed meal that’s finished with a gochujang sauce and some local Fizzeology kimchi; a tart-sweet and deeply savory sloppy joe on Madison Sourdough ciabatta with house-made pickles and a crunchy, fresh and bright carrot salad; and a traditional French braise of slow-cooked chicken with red wine and earthy mushrooms over our sarvecchio mashed potatoes!

Get excited for a delicious week ahead: pan-seared pork chops with rice noodles tossed with thinly sliced roasted veg (think: carrots, bell peppers and turnips) and a sweet, sour, and salty nuoc cham sauce; Tart’s buttery french onion soup-inspired galettes with a side salad and a bright and tangy citrus vinaigrette; and ground beef tamale pies chock-full of corn and bell peppers!
