Let’s peer over the rocky, windswept cliffs of Lima in our minds, while spooning up our Peruvian Corn Chowder. And let the pasta and sauce transport you to Tuscany’s rolling hills with each bite. We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! While it’s back to the Monday grind, there’s no reason to be sad, Meal Kit friends. There is another holiday in sight, and we have a special fondue dinner on the menu, great with sparkling wine for NYE. And, for the rest of the week, a cozy wild rice soup and hearty baked ziti are just what the weather ordered. We are ready for snow!

It’s Christmas week, meal kit friends! With a million and one things left to bake, wrap, and do, we’re excited for an easy cooking week. Aren’t you? And with some healthy fare, hello wild rice salad, mixed with comfort food faves like grilled cheese and tetrazzini, we hope we hit a mix that will start your big week off right. Time is flying and mid-December is already here. As is snow! We cozied up all weekend with hot cocoa after busy days of sledding and snowman building and are looking forward to a slow and easy week. You too? Hopefully, the menu this week helps with its succulent meatballs and baba ganoush, creamy and rich lentil soup, and gently warming cheesy burritos. Life is looking good and cozy!

Gently spicy gumbo and rice, nutty, toasted farro salad with our creamy house-made ricotta, and a harvest-themed squash risotto, rich with red beans. Life, and food, is looking good. Happy almost-December, meal kit friends! Hopefully you’re recovered from the Tryptophan-haze of Thanksgiving and are ready to greet a new month. We’ve got a great recipe line-up this week to usher in December: think thick and rich white bean chili, creamy dal with aromatic basmati, and a bright lemon-dill vinaigrette with caramelized root veggies. Dig in and start your winter season off right!
