Get excited for a great week ahead! We have: a Spring-themed, hearty beans on toast dinner with creamy ricotta, chimichurri, tender white beans, and farm-fresh asparagus over toasted Madison Sourdough seed & grain bread; a rich, creamy and flavor-packed Jamaican stew with braised pork, red kidney beans, coconut milk, scallion, garlic, thyme, and habañero with rice and vinegary cucumber cabbage salad; and last (but never least), South African peanut curry!
