Think: tempeh penyet rice bowls (featuring locally made tempeh) with sambal sauce, seasoned soy sauce and a limey cucumber-cabbage salad; a hearty tortilla soup full of corn, beans, tomatoes, peppers and turkey paired with some lime crema and La Cosecha tortilla chips to top it off; and our fan-favorite baked pasta with spinach, eggplant and sarvecchio besciamella!
