And, while we’re excited for Thanksgiving this week, we’re also pumped about our cozy, comforting line-up of meals! Think: loaded twice-baked potatoes with BBQ pulled pork and a side of sautéed kale and pickled red onions; a cozy, comforting bowl of broccoli, cheddar and white bean soup with crunchy, sourdough croutons to top it; and then our fan-favorite smothered burritos, this time with beef barbacoa and roasted chile chipotle sauce!

And we have a great line-up of meals for you this week, friends! Look for: okonomiyaki, a Japanese shredded cabbage and vegetable pancake that is crisp on the outside, custardy on the inside and topped with two sauces (aioli and hoisin) and crispy bacon; a classic tomato bisque with grilled cheese sammies and a tangy relish, for a comfort food fave; and a chicken panang curry, rich with coconut milk and peanuts over brown rice!

And what a delicious week of meals to look forward to: a classic sheet pan dinner of roasted salmon or tofu and green beans slathered in a flavor-packed marinade of salty miso paste and sweet maple syrup served atop sesame scallion rice; a hearty soup with nutty farro, caramelized onions, silky-soft cabbage and Italian sausage for the omnivores; and a cheesy baked pasta with a pumpkin cream sauce, sautéed kale and shredded brussels sprouts!

Get excited for: pan-seared pork chops with chimichurri over a warm roasted vegetable and wilted kale salad; a classic beef and three bean chili with Tart’s handmade cheddar and chive biscuits to bake off and eat alongside; and a cozy groundnut stew — rich with ground peanuts and full of eggplant, sweet potato, summer squash, turnips, collard green and sea kale — over brown rice.

Get excited for: pearl couscous chockfull of dried apricots, fresh peas, mint and almonds topped with flavorful lamb meatballs with a creamy mint yogurt sauce; a warm soba noodle salad with crispy tofu, crunchy vegetables and a ginger-and-garlic-laced soy sauce; and a Nigerian-inspired fried rice, seasoned with curry powder, dried thyme and a handful of aromatics, with chicken and loads of veg!

Get excited for: a crowd-pleasing tailgate-approved chili cheese dog kit with bean and sweet potato chili and a creamy, tangy coleslaw to go alongside; then everyone’s favorite Indian comfort food fave, butter chicken with brown rice and cucumber raita; and a creamy sweet corn risotto with melty smoked gouda, roasted cherry tomatoes and zucchini! And, even better, chocolately brownies to round it off.
