Weekly Meal Kit | February 16

We’ve got a flavor-packed menu for your week ahead, friends. Look for: a miso ramen kit, with a rich, creamy vegan miso broth, loaded with roasted mushrooms and sweet potato, sweet corn, edamame, fresh bok choy and tofu; ciabatta piled high with pulled chicken in a creamy Alabama white bbq sauce with a crunchy, vinegary slaw and P&P pickles; and a (mildly) spicy jambalaya to heat you up from the inside out, arriving just in time for Mardi Gras!

Get excited for a week of delicious, veg-packed meals ahead: loaded twice-baked potatoes with steak & vegetable chili and a side of sautéed kale and pickled red onions & jalapeños; a warm roasted carrot, chickpea, feta and barley salad with loads of fresh spinach, pepitas and cranberries in a spiced tahini dressing; and our classic favorite spanikopita-style baked pasta with chicken, greens and feta!

Get excited for a week of fun flavors, y’all! Look for: RP’s spinach and ricotta ravioli (in a whole wheat and black pepper dough) with roasted turnips, radishes and cipollini onions in a house-made vodka sauce with herbed sarvecchio to top it; warming mulligatawny soup with naan and yogurt sauce; and last (but never least) everyone’s perennial fave, South African Peanut Curry!

And we have a great line-up of cozy meals for you this week, y’all! Look for: a hearty salad of couscous, kale and roasted chicken thighs with a punchy, golden-hued carrot and ginger dressing, tossed with some seasonal roasted vegetables (turnips, rutabagas and radishes); a creamy, chunky baked potato-inspired soup topped with crispy Madison Sourdough croutons and scallion sour cream; and then our fan-favorite smothered burritos!

And we have a great line-up of meals for this short, holiday week! Get excited for: potato pelmeni served with braised cabbage, pickled carrots, radish & red onion, and curry sour cream; buffalo chicken lettuce wraps with house-made ranch and a carrot-celery-apple salad; and everyone’s favorite Thai-inspired veg-packed coconut curry with shrimp! And, who doesn’t love a pancake brekkie (or dinner)?

Get excited for: an easy, sheet pan dinner of roasted veggies and meatloaf with a tomato glaze (retro, but a classic fave); a warm wild rice salad with pickled apples, roasted butternut squash and herby white beans; and a creamy baked tetrazzini pasta loaded with mushrooms, peas, spinach, and chicken! Plus, our Bakeshop team whipped up some chocolate granola to brighten your morning, too.

We’ve got a menu of easy faves for your first week of 2026, friends! Get excited for: a sheet pan supper that riffs off of Sicilian caponata (a sweet-sour roasted blend of eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, capers and olives) with roasted potatoes and wild-caught Atlantic cod; pasta alla norma, with RP’s rigatoni tossed with a classic Sicilian tomato sauce, rich with olive oil and sautéed eggplant; and a creamy white bean chicken chili topped with crispy tortilla strips!

We’re excited that it’s almost the New Year! We look forward to our annual celebratory New Year’s fondue kit from Landmark Creamery with veggies from Winterfell Acres and seed & grain bread from Madison Sourdough all year long! And, when you throw in a smoky black-eyed pea soup to bring good luck, health, and abundance in the coming year and a new fave, chicken doria, a cheesy Japanese-style rice gratin? Well, the year is off to a GREAT start!
