Weekly Meal Kit | July 29

Get excited for: pan-seared pork chops atop creamy polenta with fresh sautéed spinach and house-made fruit mostarda; everyone’s favorite Thai-inspired coconut curry with wild-caught cod and loads of farm-fresh zucchini, summer squash, chard, broccoli, cauliflower and roasted cherry tomatoes; and last, but never least, our long-time staple….lemony lentil soup! Oh, and did we mention the lightest, fluffiest and fruitiest mousse you could ever want?

Get excited for: a fan favorite fajita dinner with flavorful, marinated skirt steak, tender grilled veggies and frijoles charros; a classic BLT with crispy bacon and lemon pepper aioli with a summery pesto pasta salad; and a buttery, flaky galette from Ana and Carissa of Tart that’s chockfull of summer veggies…. think: zucchini, summer squash, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic scapes and more!

We can’t wait to share this week’s summery menu with y’all! Get excited for: miso-honey glazed chicken thighs atop warm rice with a crisp, cooling cucumber salad and grilled green beans; pulled pork in a golden mustard bbq sauce on Madison Sourdough ciabatta with crunchy slaw and creamy potato salad; and a LOADED lo mein full of farm-fresh veg (think broccoli, carrots, bell peppers and bok choy), local tempeh and roasted shiitake mushrooms from Vitruvian!

Get excited for a week of fun flavors, y’all! Look for: gado gado, an Indonesian composed salad chock-full of potatoes, green beans and crunchy veg, all topped with a peanut satay sauce and grilled chicken breast; a creamy sweet corn and roasted poblano chowder with toasted miche and tomato compound butter; and our fan-favorite baked ziti with Italian sausage, cauliflower and sarvecchio besciamella!

Get excited for a week of fun flavors, y’all! Look for: a grilled chicken thigh taco salad, topped with crunchy tortilla chips and chopped black bean salsa with zesty ranch; a chickpea, cauliflower and potato tarkari — a spiced, but not spicy vegetable curry — inspired by simlar tarkaris at our local fave Himal Chuli with brown rice and cucumber raita; and a simple, greens-packed and (moderately) spicy caldo verde with chorizo! Oh, and did someone say s’mores cookies?
