Weekly Meal Kit | August 28

We’ve got a great, summery menu for you, friends! Get excited for: a sheet pan ratatouille kit with allll the summer veg, goat cheese, olives and rockfish from Sitka Seafood Market; a creamy coconut corn soup (vegan!) with a charred corn and shishito pepper salsa and a sourdough bread from MSCo; and everyone’s fave, smothered burritos with salsa verde and chicken. Oh, and some creamy overnight oats for a quick brekkie on the go!

Get excited for: our yearly corn on the cob extravaganza with elote and a side of Texas caviar with La Cosecha tortilla chips to help scoop it up; a twist on everyone’s favorite meal of all-time, pot pie… but this time it’s chockfull of summer veg with a cheddar-thyme drop biscuit topping; and to round it out, a spicy (you know they say hot weather calls for spicy food!) Weekly Meal Kit | August 14

Your meal kit is filled with locally grown goodness today! Look for: a smoky eggplant and feta galette kit with a flavor-packed red pepper and white bean salad to go alongside; a loaded cobb salad with a house-made green goddess dressing and crispy bacon lardons; and a comfort food fave, buffalo mac and cheese, but loaded with vegetables for a classic P&P twist. Then, for a fun surprise, melons from Christensen Farm for your extra goodness!

Weekly Meal Kit | August 7

We’re traveling the world with our flavors this week, y’all, and we hope you like it! Get excited for: carnitas taco kits with roasted tomato-chile sauce, slaw and smoky pinto beans; seared wild-caught salmon with summer vegetable saffron risotto and mushroom compound butter; and mixed vegetable and paneer korma (a rich, creamy golden Indian sauce thickened with cashews) with herbed rice pilaf. Enjoy!

Look for a great mid-summer menu this week, y’all! Think: miso-honey glazed chicken thighs atop warm sesame scallion rice with a crisp, cooling cucumber salad and grilled dragon tongue beans; a beat-the-heat cold (and vibrantly green) gazpacho full of ALL the vegetables (cucumber, tomatillo, fennel, green bell pepper, leeks, celery and more!) with toasted miche and creamy white bean purée; aaaaaand our favorite South African peanut curry!

We have another summery menu today for y’all! Look for: grilled polenta cakes with grilled seasonal veg, skirt steak and a flavor-packed chimichurri sauce; gado gado, an Indonesian composed salad chock-full of potatoes, crispy tofu and crunchy veg, all topped with a peanut sauce; and our take on sopa de lima, a bright Yucatecan twist on classic Mexican tortilla soup, full of citrus flavor! Bright, bold and just what this hot weather calls for!

Weekly Meal Kit | July 17

We’ve got a meal kit full of locally grown goodness for you! Look for: our annual fan-fave zucchini pie with a lemony kale salad; Sichuan-style bang bang chicken lettuce wraps with roasted peanuts, double sesame sauce and crunchy, fresh slaw; and a BLT-inspired risotto chock-full of bacon, kale, sweet corn and cherry tomatoes. So little time and so many summer vegetables, we’re trying to pack them in as much as we can!  

Weekly Meal Kit | July 10

Summer’s sweeter-than-sweet cherry tomatoes are starting to roll in and we are more than ready! We snapped up as many as we could find from our farm partners and we’re loading up the meal kit with them! Look for: a summery pasta with burst cherry tomatoes, zucchini and herbed ricotta; a galette full of mozzarella and roasted cherry tomatoes and summer squash; and our fan-favorite cherry tomato ragù over creamy, lemony polenta. Tomato lovers unite! 🙂

Happy (almost) 4th of July! We have a great holiday week menu lined up: Enos Farm Ramp & Mozzarella Brats or Impossible brats with house-made beer mustard and warm German potato slaw; a veg-laden Mediterranean-inspired quinoa salad with crispy chickpeas, olive dressing, pita and hummus; stir-fried shrimp or tempeh with coconut, cashews, farm-fresh veg and rice; and strawberry-rhubarb chia pudding. Should be a delicious, summery week ahead… we hope you enjoy, friends!

Get excited to feast on a taco salad kit with zesty ranch and chopped black bean salsa, creamy pea-filled mattar paneer with brown rice, followed by loaded vegetable lo mein this week! And, as an extra special treat, double chocolate cupcakes for all. Yes, you heard us. CUPCAKES. We’re celebrating our 6th Birthday and wanted to send a little birthday love to our favorite people.
