Next week we have beef burgers or black bean hickory nut burgers with red onion jam, gouda, and arugula, with zucchini just in time for peak grilling season. If you’re looking for something light, our vegetarian summer soup will deliver – wilted greens, thumbelina carrots, pearl onions in tomato-charred scallion broth round out this light, but hearty soup. Need something in the freezer for after the long weekend? Come home to a pork-based bolognaise or red sauce with egg rigatoni. One of our families’ favorites!
