Weekly Meal Kit | September 30

And we have a delicious week ahead! Get excited for: a crowd-pleasing tailgate-approved chili cheese dog kit with bean and sweet potato chili and a creamy, tangy coleslaw to go alongside; then everyone’s favorite Indian comfort food fave, butter chicken with brown rice and cucumber raita; and a creamy sweet corn risotto with melty smoked gouda, roasted cherry tomatoes and zucchini! And, even better, chocolately brownies to round it off.

We’re excited for a week packed full of flavor, y’all! Look for: tempeh penyet rice bowls with sambal sauce, seasoned soy sauce and a limey cucumber-cabbage salad; our slow-cooked beef, onion and cherry tomato ragù over creamy and lemony goat cheese polenta; and a comfort food fave, buffalo mac and cheese, but loaded with vegetables for a classic P&P twist! And, for a fun seasonal treat, we whipped up pumpkin spice trail mix for you!

And we have another glorious week ahead! Look for: everyone’s favorite pizza kit, this time with elote-inspired toppings — jalapeño cream sauce and gooey cheese topped with sweet corn, poblanos and kale; a tart-sweet and deeply savory sloppy joe on a Madison Sourdough ciabatta roll with house-made pickles and a crunchy, fresh and bright carrot salad; and to round it out, a spicy and piquant Indian vindaloo chockfull of potatoes, chard, and braised pork.

Get excited for a great line-up of meals! Look for: a bold, earthy, and slightly peppery (in a good way) broccoli rabe pesto tossed with Sal’s toothy rigatoni, sweet Italian sausage and sautéed veg; a summery galette from Tart filled with roasted tomatoes, corn and goat cheese with greens and a shallot balsamic vinaigrette; and a green pozole with charred poblanos, roasted tomatillos, fragrant cilantro, tender hominy and chicken! And, did we mention cornbread?

Get excited for a week full of easy, breezy and summery meals! Look for: classic stuffed peppers filled with chorizo and rice and a side of fresh, local greens; a summery panzanella salad with cherry tomatoes, smashed cucumber, white beans, mozzarella and toasted Madison sourdough bread in a chile crisp & soy vinaigrette; and last (but never least) everyone’s perennial fave, South African Peanut Curry!

Who’s excited for another delicious week? We can’t wait for: our yearly corn on the cob extravaganza with elote (Mexican street corn) and a Mexican chopped salad with bacon; our classic shakshuka, a one-skillet recipe of eggs baked in a tomato-red pepper sauce, enriched with goat cheese, and with roasted potatoes and pita to sop up all that tomatoey goodness; and then everyone’s favorite spanikopita-style baked pasta with braised chicken, greens and feta!

And it’s the start of a super veg-filled week! Look for: a sheet pan ratatouille kit with allll the summer veg, goat cheese, olives and Sitka Seafood Market salmon; a mixed vegetable and paneer korma (loaded with cauliflower, kale, carrots, potatoes and more) with herbed rice pilaf; and then smothered carnitas burritos (studded wtih local sweet corn and roasted poblanos) with house-made roasted tomatillo salsa verde. We can’t wait!

We’ve another fun, summery menu ahead, y’all! Look for: grilled jerk chicken with Caribbean black beans, lime cilantro slaw and mango pineapple salsa; a beat-the-heat cold heirloom tomato gazpacho with toasted miche and creamy white bean purée; and then our signature pork dan dan sauce, chockfull of mustard greens, served with long, slurpable egg noodles! Plus, who doesn’t want a fun weekday pancake breakfast (or dinner, we’re not judging)?

And we have another great summery menu for you this week! Look for: our annual zucchini pie (a fan-favorite every year) with lacinato kale and lemon vinaigrette; buffalo chicken lettuce wraps with house-made ranch and a carrot-celery-apple chopped salad; and then last, our signature fried rice loaded with vegetables (because, YES VEG) and crispy bacon lardons!  Oh, and did we memtion the decadent fudge and caramel ice cream sauces?

Get excited for: pan-seared pork chops atop creamy polenta with fresh sautéed spinach and house-made fruit mostarda; everyone’s favorite Thai-inspired coconut curry with wild-caught cod and loads of farm-fresh zucchini, summer squash, chard, broccoli, cauliflower and roasted cherry tomatoes; and last, but never least, our long-time staple….lemony lentil soup! Oh, and did we mention the lightest, fluffiest and fruitiest mousse you could ever want?
