Happy St. Patrick’s Day, friends!

P&P Corned Beef with Colcannon, Grilled Cabbage and Herb-Roasted Carrots

  • Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove band and label; place covered tray in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated to an internal temperature of 165°F. If desired, remove lid for last 5 minutes. Serve with Irish Brown Bread and butter.
  • Ingredients: Corned Beef (Arndt Land & Cattle Farm beef brisket, salt, sugar, bay leaf, allspice, mustard seed, star anise, coriander seed, thyme, rosemary), Colcannon (potato, butter, cream, kale, scallion, garlic, salt, pepper), Grilled Cabbage (green cabbage, olive oil, salt, pepper), Herb-Roasted Carrots (carrot, olive oil, thyme, chive, rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper). Contains: milk.

Irish Brown Bread with Landmark Creamery Salted Sweet Cream Butter

  • Instructions: Heat in microwave for about 20 seconds or in preheated oven for a few minutes, until warmed. Serve with pats of Landmark Creamery’s salted sweet cream butter.
  • Ingredients: Irish Brown Bread (Greek yogurt, whole wheat flour, ap flour, milk, oats, butter, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt), Landmark Creamery Butter (cream, salt). Contains: milk, wheat.

Chocolate Stout Cake with Irish Cream Buttercream

  • Instructions: Bring cake to room temperature and enjoy!
  • Ingredients: Chocolate Stout Cake (sugar, stout, milk, flour, oil, egg, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda), chocolate ganache (cream, chocolate, corn syrup), Irish cream buttercream (powdered sugar, butter, Irish cream, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt). Contains: milk, egg, wheat.
