Emmi-Roth’s one-of-a-kind cheeses are handcrafted with milk from local family farms in Wisconsin (under their Roth label) or imported from Switzerland (from the subsidiary of the Emmi Group in Switzerland).

Dill Havarti
This creamy cheese is laced with dill flavor to pair beautifully with radishes, smoked salmon, and scrambled eggs.
Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, dill, enzyme, annatto (color).

Grand Cru Gruyere
Grand Cru is Roth’s signature alpine-style cheese. This full-bodied cheese pairs well with apples, almonds, hard cider and French onion soup.
