Natural/Organic with indigenous and neutral yeast, vegan-friendly fining, and light filtration
Notes: From winemaker Christophe Aguilar this medium-bodied wine has pleasant yellow stone fruit and mineral tones.  Features notes of apple, pear and hints of raisinated grapes complemented by a medium acidity; holding a good weight and a crisp finish.
