Notes: Delicately light-bodied with crushed white flowers and fine, fresh Alpine herbs on the nose. This bright and fresh wine with notes of peach, lemon, rose petal, and lime has great flexibility with food and can partner with many dishes. Winemaker Matteo Furlani prioritizes a biodynamic approach and works exclusively with grape varieties native to Trentino.
