Make focaccia your canvas and celebrate the last few days of summer with an art project that tastes as good as it looks! We’re challenging you and our friends around town to flex your inner Van Gogh with a focaccia garden of your creation. Kits will be packed with a line-up of late summer’s most colorful veggies, Meadowlark Organics flour, and yeast. Just add water and 1-2 wildcard veggies of your choice!

Focaccia Challenge Boxes will be available for pick-up on Monday, August 30th, or can be added directly to your Meal Kit (for members).

If you’d like to participate and want to supply your own ingredients, there is also a virtual only option and we’ll send you an e-copy of the recipe. 

Post your masterpieces on Instagram and tag us @pastureandplenty. Chef Jack’s favorite will win a share for our Mini-CSA from Christensen Farm, starting in mid-September.
