Layered with local goodness, RP’s fresh pasta with butternut squash, spinach, oyster mushrooms and bechamel and ricotta, our lasagnas come frozen and ready-to-bake in the comfort of your home. Each lasagna is 4 lbs and serves about 4 people.

Lasagnas are available for Pick-Up at Pasture & Plenty at any time. Please specify a pick-up date and time in the order notes at check-out.

INGREDIENTS:RP’s lasagna noodle (semolina, water, egg, salt, glucono delta-lactone, potato starch),  herbed ricotta (ricotta [pasteurized whey and milk, vinegar, salt], egg, salt, parsley, chive, thyme, rosemary, pepper, red chile flake), butternut squash purée (butternut squash, milk, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, red chile flake), bechamel (milk, parmesan [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose, natamycin], butter, all-purpose flour, shallot, sage), oyster mushroom, onion, kale, mozzarella (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), olive oil, salt, pepper.
