Contemplative Cooking: Winter Session
Thursday, December 10th | 6pm | $100 per person

What if slowing down in the kitchen could change the way you experience food entirely? That’s the heart of our Contemplative Cooking series and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Led by Chef Felipe Saint-Martin, this series invites you to turn the kitchen into a place of quiet presence. Rather than rushing through recipes, you’ll slow down to notice the textures, aromas, and sensations of each ingredient as you work, building a deeper, more personal connection to the food on your plate. Think of it as mindfulness, but make it delicious.

There’s something about winter that already asks us to slow down and our Winter Session leans right into that. Join us for an evening of quiet kitchen practice and deeply nourishing food built around the rich, grounding flavors of the winter season. The full menu will be announced soon.

The evening begins with a chef-led cooking demonstration and hands-on meal preparation, and ends the best way we know how: everyone sitting down together for a proper dinner, the warmest kind of way to spend a winter night. You’ll leave with copies of all the recipes to bring the practice home.

Wine pairings and beverages will be available to purchase.
