Ana and Carissa of Tart Baked Goods are back for another pie workshop! This time they’ll teach you how to master all of the components that make up "The Perfect Pie", from rolling out the crust to making a delicious filling to finishing the pie with unique design and flair. All students will get Ana and Carissa's top tips for what makes the perfect crust; how to choose filling ingredients to balance sweetness and acidity; crimping and finishing techniques, along with embellishments and adornments like cutouts, vents, etc; how to best bake pies; and the best ways to serve and store pies.

Purchase a pie kit and follow along with Ana and Carissa virtually!
- Each kit includes: packaged, pre measured crust ingredients, one pre-rolled crust for finishing, one ready-to-roll crust to practice rolling and use for the bottom crust, and one pre-measured bag of pie filling (either tart cherry or apple cranberry), and one aluminum pie pan and sugar to finish the top to the perfect level of sweetness and crunch!
- Students will receive everything they need to either bake along with Ana & Carissa's personal guidance as they dive into pie-making from start to finish or they can take home the complete pie kit and use everything later to try on their own
- Comes with a course pack and recipe book and access to a Zoom class recording
