Join us for an unforgettable five-course dinner celebrating the perfect pairing of beef and bourbon! Partnering with J. Henry & Sons, we've crafted an evening that pairs our thoughtfully crafted, local fare with three signature bourbon cocktails. And, as always, our chef dinner will focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from our favorite local producers.

Menu:
– Amuse course: confit beef cheek. rye blini. ramp crema. blueberry bourbon gastrique. micro beet greens.
– Salad course: beef carpaccio. shaved parm. maldon sea salt. lemon. olive oil. capers. artichoke. arugula. shaved radish.
– Fish course: whitefish cake. chipotle aioli. mixed blanched spring veg. pea shoots. crispy leeks.
– Meat course: manhattan steak. bourbon demi glace. duck fat roasted potatoes. grilled asparagus.
– Dessert: smoky bourbon creme caramel. vanilla bean chantilly cream.
Includes: Five courses and three bourbon cocktail pairings. Vegetarian options and non-alcoholic beverages available upon request.
