Meadowlark Community Mill is carrying on the legacy of Lonesome Stone Milling’s pancake mix. This pancake mix was one of their first products showcasing regionally grown and milled grains, featuring soft winter wheat and rye. Use this 1 lb. mix to serve up pancakes for around 15 people! Why not grab a bottle of Tapped’s Maple Syrup while you’re at it?

Directions: For 6-8 pancakes preheat lightly oiled griddle. Combine 1 cup of flour with 1 to 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg. Pour batter, cook until bubbles on pancakes no longer burst. Flip, cook until golden.

Ingredients: Organic White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, Organic Rye Flour, baking powder (nonGMO corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, and monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, salt.
