Description

A hazy white from a natural certified organic winery helmed by a female vigneron. Gruner Veltliner is the primary white grape of Austria, and in the cool climate of Carnuntum it retains a lovely green note, like ripe kiwi and honeydew, with touches of yeastiness and salt. Native yeast, bottled unfined and unfiltered and is slightly cloudy in the glass due to sediment.
