Raleigh’s Hillside Farm has been running a successful, certified organic CSA vegetable business since 2013 on leased land south of Madison. Each year, Kyle and Lauren love to explore and expand their product offerings to help make CSA more accessible and flexible for their community. The photo on the left is a sample of one of their standard Large CSA boxes from August last year.
Shares will include a farmer's choice selection of 4 vegetables each week. Items could include a mix of Lacinato kale, rainbow chard, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, acorn squash, carrots, shishito peppers, leeks, onions, shallots, parsley, chives or mint.
If you have already signed up for a 5 week share, your first share will be available on August 26th. We now only have 4 week shares available, those will start on September 3rd and run through September 23rd. Shares will come in reusable boxes. Please bring the box back to our marketplace each week or set out on your porch for pick up if being delivered.
Available Mondays for free in-store pick up or delivered to your home for a small fee (shown in cart during check out).
