Grown by Meadowlark Organics in Ridgeway, WI as part of a diverse rotation. Best efforts to clean and sort beans have been made, but it’s always a good idea to pick through and give them a good rinse before you get cooking.
Choose between either:

Cranberry beans (also known as Barlotti or Roman beans); a popular bean for stews and soups. They cook up to a plump pink bean which retains a faint pattern.

Eclipse Black Beans; a classic, inky black bean, perfect for soups or as a stand alone dish. Eclipse beans are more of a Cuban or Brazilian style bean than Mexican, but we’re pretty sure you’ll love them however you choose to prepare them. 

A portion of the proceeds from all bean and corn sales will go toward an organization supporting Indigenous Food Sovereignty.
