Avi Christophe Agenais Rose 2021:This rosé from the lovely Christophe Avi is made from his younger Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon vines. It offers nuanced notes of minerally orange blossom, wet stone, and lime leaf, with lots of grip.

Marine Descombes Beaujolais-Villages 2020: A textbook blue stone Brouilly-style Beaujolais-Villages from one of the great women winemakers in France.
