“We gather all the freshest ingredients we can find, sourcing the earth, because it all goes back there.  Our day starts and ends pasture-milking a small herd of Nubian goats.  We know each other well!  The resounding call of Sandhill Cranes overhead.  Wild turkeys with heads held high in the tall grass, watching.  Bunnies scurrying in the brush.  Honey bees . . . fully-employed.  We work for them, too.  Planting herbs in the richest soils on earth.  Harvesting each in their own time for infusions and extractions.  Essential oils permeate the ground we walk on.  Skin loving olive oil — pressed, fresh, and ready to pour.  Still ….. hand-stirred in small batches between the life conversations of busy, efficient beings loving what they do.”
