Landmark Creamery Fontina is a rich, creamy cheese with a savory depth that makes it a standout in any dish. With its exceptional meltability, this cheese is perfect for a variety of cooking applications—from gooey pizza and indulgent pasta bakes to decadent dips and sandwiches. But it’s not just for cooking; its full-bodied flavor also makes it an excellent choice for a cheeseboard, offering a delicious contrast to other cheeses. Made from the milk of Wisconsin’s Brown Swiss cows, their Fontina brings a distinct, buttery smoothness that’s been recognized with a World Dairy Expo award.
Landmark Creamery Zentner Alpine is a robust, creamy cheese that carries the essence of Swiss tradition in every bite. With its rich, nutty flavor and subtle herbal undertones, Zentner Alpine offers a complex taste experience that reflects the skill and passion of cheesemaker Anna Landmark. Named in honor of her Swiss grandfather, Delmar Zentner, the cheese pays tribute to Anna’s deep connection to her family’s roots. Eight generations ago, Anna’s ancestors journeyed from the Glarus canton of Switzerland to Wisconsin, carrying with them a love for the land and dairy farming. Inspired by her grandfather’s devotion to his cows and his land, Anna embarked on her own cheesemaking journey. Zentner Alpine captures the heart of that heritage, embodying Anna’s craft and dedication to creating exceptional, flavorful cheeses that honor both the past and the present.
