Vegan Certified Organic and fermented with native yeasts; very light filtration
Tasting Notes: Starts out with lovely floral aromas coupled by hints of apple and pear. Tasting notes of stone fruit with herbal notes and bright acidity, which brings a welcomed freshness to the wine. Chardonnay adds texture, and the finish is long and salty.
