Friday, May 3rd | 4pm – 6pm
Help us support the Midvale-Lincoln PTO and the Waisman Center! Just order up some enchiladas and/or beer for dinner on Friday, May 3rd.
We will be packing up some delicious enchilada kits and Working Draft Beer Company will be providing the beer. Sounds like a fun Cinco de Mayo-themed night in with the fam if you ask us. And all for a great cause!
Each enchilada dinner kit includes:
1.5 lb Pork Carnitas, Radish & Cilantro, 12 fresh La Cosecha Tortillas, Queso Fresco, Escabeche and Rice & Beans
Pickups will be on May 3rd, Friday, from 4pm-6pm, at P&P
*Please specify at check-out if you want your donation to go to the Waisman Center or the Midvale-Lincoln PTO. If not specified, it will be split 50-50. Thank you again for supporting these wonderful organizations!*
