Join us for an unforgettable five-course dinner celebrating the perfect pairing of beef and bourbon! Partnering with J. Henry & Sons, we’ve crafted an evening that pairs our thoughtfully crafted, local fare with three signature bourbon cocktails.
Menu
– Amuse course: braised beef. rye blini. ramp crema. blueberry bourbon gastrique. micro beet greens.
– Salad course: beef carpaccio. shaved parm. maldon sea salt. lemon. olive oil. capers. artichoke. arugula. shaved radish.
– Fish course: whitefish cake. chipotle aioli. mixed blanched spring veg. pea shoots. crispy leeks.
– Meat course: manhattan steak. bourbon demi glace. beef tallow roasted potatoes. grilled asparagus.
– Dessert: smoky bourbon creme caramel. vanilla bean chantilly cream.
Includes: Five courses and three bourbon cocktail pairings (small format). Vegetarian options and non-alcoholic beverages available upon request.
