Notes: Staring with the grapes being manually harvested, de-stemmed and crushed, going through a temperatured controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and ending with the wine being bottled after light (vegan-certified) fining and filtration–all to ensure the maximum intensity of colors and aroma for this wine. Lending to the very brilliant ruby red with a purple rim boasting the youthfulness of the wine. Rich aromas of red forest fruits and whiffs of spices. The palate is well structured, powerful, and balanced with notes of black fruits.
