Region: Seneca Lake/Finger Lakes, New York
Viticulture/Vinification: Un-oaked Chardonnay. All stainless steel – no oak.
Notes: Slight brininess on the nose followed by crisp apple, sweet lemon, delicate pear and lifted floral notes. On the palate, citrusy lemon curd and lime, fresh apple, with a rounded mouthfeel throughout, minerality comes mid-palate, and coupled with brisk acidity for a clean finish.
