Grapes:  85% Vigonier, 15% Sauvignon Blanc 
Region: Lake County area of Northern California
Farming: Organically farmed vineyard at Shannon Home Ranch in Clearlake Oaks, CA.
Notes: Intense apricot and honey notes with hints of cereal (freshly malted grains) on the finish. It’s surprisingly light and crisp on the palate and very easy-drinking, with only 7% ABV. It has a bit of fizz to it, similar to what you’d find a beer.
