Join us on Saturday, May 1st, for the first of three pop-up meals being offered by Chef Yusuf Bin-Rella. Chef Yusuf is the chef at DeJope Residence Hall at UW, and is a cofounder of the nonprofit, TradeRoots, which explores the history of Afro-Diasporic foods. TradeRoots will be growing several Afro-Diasporic crops in the Madison area beginning this year and we are working with them to source as much as possible!
