Viticulture/Vinification: Organically farmed from young vineyards located on the northern border. Once the wine is made, a delicate cold de-alcoholization process is carried out, so as not to alter the aromas and flavors of the grape.
Notes: A lovely straw yellow with golden glints, this non-alcoholic white is clean and bright. Sweet with an intense flavor that’s balanced with notes of citrus, peach, apricot, apple, pear, white flowers, and hints of melon.
