These almond financier (pronounced fy-nahn-see-ay) is a brown butter almond cake. They are named “financier” because their shape and the use of golden brown butter in the batter makes the cake resemble gold bars. Super yummy when served warm!! Just leave us a note to warm them for if you’d like.
