Viticulture/Vinification: Made with grapes from certified organic vineyards, farmed and harvested using sustainable methods and practices. 
Notes: This Cava (Spanish sparkling wine), is a beautiful straw yellow with greenish tones. Living, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose it highlights aromas of white fruits and citrus notes with a background of elegant pastries. On the palate it is round, easy to sip, and its bubbles envelop the palate leaving a long delicious aftertaste with hints of ripe fruit.
