Grapes: Grenache, Mourvedre, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada
Region: Penedès region in Barcelona, Catalunya (Spain)
Viticulture/Vinification: Cultivated on the Can Suriol vineyards and winery, situated in Alt Penedes, utilizing 100% organic methods along with traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts and bacteria. No additions, save for a little bit of sulfites at bottling.
Notes: This delicious Cava is dry and crisp with sweet fresh berries and citrus notes. Light and refreshing with fine persistent bubbles.
