Notes: Delicately sparkling, with golden apple and passionfruit notes. Brianna is a luscious grape, and pet nat is the perfect style to showcase the kaleidoscopic flavors it offers. In addition to primary fruit flavors (passionfruit, guava, white peach), the secondary flavors released through fermentation are equally compelling (toast, white flowers and boxwood). Brianna is a little reminiscent of Sauvignon blanc. The decision to forgo disgorging means there will be sediment in the bottle.
