Description

Dark plum, concentrated dark fruit. Black currants, juicy, fresh Cabernet Sauvignon unencumbered by oak… just a hint on the finish.  Super elegant and light vanilla with some baking spices.  The grapes are sourced from cooler climate vineyards in the North Coast of California, which preserves freshness while achieving depth.
