Our crazy talented chefs have been making plans and we are sooo excited to welcome you into our dining room for a special Valentine’s Day date night!

5pm Seating (SOLD OUT) OR 8pm Seating

Menu
– Amuse: smoked trout profiterole. pickled celery. dill. chili crisp.

– Salad: roasted kohlrabi. pistachio butter sauce. pickled figs. mint. blue cheese. caramelized shallot. lemon zest.

– Fish: poached cod. stewed tomatoes and olives. orzo cake. herb salad.

– Meat: agrodolce short rib. fennel and celeriac purée. parsley. grilled broccolini. cherry balsamic reduction. chopped cherries.

– Dessert: chocolate lava cake. stracciatella semifreddo. door county cherry compote.

*Our Chefs use the bounty of ingredients available to them when creating menus. If you or someone in your group has a dietary restriction, please let us know when you order tickets. We will accommodate where we can. Vegetarian options are always available.
