– #3: pan-seared wild-caught king salmon. roasted parsnip and carrot. citrus chutney and vinaigrette. arugula. pomegranate.
– #4: coffee-braised short ribs. braise reduction. celery root purée. charred red cabbage. pickled jalapeño relish.
– #5: caramel flan. chocolate cake. crispy white chocolate wafer. flower confetti.
