Grapes: Zinfandel (95% Lolonis Vineyard in Redwood Valley and 5% Vecino Vineyard in Potter Valley)
Region: Sonoma County, California
Viticulture/Vinification: responsibly farmed with certified organic grapes; native yeast and bacteria primary and secondary fermentations without the use of commercial fermentation aids or additives
Notes: The nose opens with aromas of sweet red cherry, some spices, and a hit of raspberry. The palate is light and delicate with zippy acid and a flavor set of soft cherry and raspberry nicely balanced by just there pepper and baking spice notes.
