Notes: As an African American vintner, Chris Christensen works to promote diversity & inclusion in the wine industry through mentorship  opportunities. His natural red wine is darker than dark, due to the high proportion of Petite Sirah, but it is not the brooding giant that your eyes would lead you to believe. Maximizing the mouthfeel, while minimizing the tannins and balancining the proper acidity to focus the blueberry jam flavors and zippy acidity, it’s a true delight to experience.
