Taco Salad Bowl with seasoned local ground beef, local greens, tomato, shredded Mexican cheese, jalapeños, black olives, black beans, sour cream and salsa. And a side of Elote!! Mexican-style Street Corn (Sweet Corn topped with a lime mayo, cojita cheese and tajin seasoning).

Meet Angela! Angela Morgan is the owner and operator of Food Junkies Catering. She is a self-taught, eclectic chef, who started her business at her kitchen table. She has worked with several local vendors and organizations in Madison personally or professionally over the last few years including the annual Juneteenth Celebration, Black Restaurant Week, Badger Rock Community Center, The Urban League of Greater Madison, Urban Triage, Madison Food Tours, Madison TrEats, Christine’s Kitchen, Madison Urban Ministries, & Just Dane Bakery, to name a few. She continues to expand her reach and skills in Madison and surrounding areas. She is a graduate of the UW Odyssey Program, and also a graduate of the UW UpStart Business Program (WARF) and has received numerous certificates from culinary training programs. Her dream is to attend The Culinary Institute of America one day. She brings joy and laughter into every room she enters, takes her craft very seriously, and has a little fun in the process.
