Join Peter Robertson, formerly of RP’s Pasta, for an evening of vibrant Italian flavors! Peter will be sharing his extensive knowledge about pasta and Italian cooking in a fun and engaging date night class for two.
“Pasta Love” Meal Kits and Virtual Workshop
- Menu for the class: Bruschetta with toasted baguette, rubbed garlic, smashed tomato, mascarpone and fresh basil; Mushroom & Butternut Squash Orzo Risotto finished with crispy shiitakes, toasted pine nuts, mascarpone and sherry; Pork Tenderloin or Roasted Celeriac with gremolata and dried cherries; and Panna Cotta with ganache and candied pecans
